Ted has been a practicing attorney in Columbia County for more than 30 years. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Albany Law School. He is the past President of the Columbia County Bar Association and past Chairman of the Board of Columbia Greene Community College. Ted is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Elder Law Section, as well as the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
Ted specializes in the areas of Estates, Trusts and Elder Law, helping people plan for the management and direction of their estates during their lifetime, as well as upon their death. Ted also practices extensively in the areas of real estate, title insurance, residential and commercial mortgage closings.
Ted resides in the Town of Chatham, New York, with his wife and daughter. Ted also has two older children, one living in East Chatham and the other in Texas.
